1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and digital products including but not limited to BIM consulting, coaching, on-demand support, and online courses provided by BIM KARELA ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services Covered

This agreement applies to all services offered, including:

• BIM Management Consulting Services

• CPD Accredited Online BIM Courses

• 1:1 BIM Coaching Sessions

• On-Demand BIM Support

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including graphics, logos, documentation, videos, and course materials, is the intellectual property of BIM KARELA and protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any part of our materials without written consent.

4. Booking & Payment

Coaching & BIM Support

All 1:1 sessions and on-demand BIM services are booked in advance. Payment is due upon booking. Rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice.

Online Courses

Payments for courses are collected upfront via our secure payment provider. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to the course through an external course delivery platform. Course access is granted for 12 months from the launch date.

If you are purchasing a pre-order course, access will begin on the official course launch date, which will be clearly communicated to you via email. Please ensure your email address is accurate at the time of purchase to avoid any delays.

The 14-Day Money Back Guarantee applies from the date you receive your course login details via email, whether purchased immediately or as a pre-order. Full terms of the guarantee are outlined in section 5.

5. Online Course Terms

Access & Usage

Your course access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, reselling, or redistributing course content is strictly prohibited. While we aim for uninterrupted access, we are not liable for delays due to platform outages or maintenance.

Refunds - 14 days money back guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying our courses. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving course login details to the learning platforms, no questions asked. To help us improve, we kindly ask that you complete a short feedback form as part of the refund process. After 14 days, refunds are no longer available!

CPD Disclaimer

All courses are independently assessed and accredited by The CPD Certification Service. CPD Certification confirms that the course meets professional training standards, but outcomes may vary based on personal application. Completion of a course does not guarantee specific results or employment.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with a course or experience technical issues, please contact barcelona@bimkarela.com within 14 days. We aim to respond & resolve concerns within 10 working days.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on our services or training materials. It is your responsibility to apply learning correctly in your professional context.

7. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy.

What We Collect:

• Name, email, and contact details when you sign up, purchase a course, or contact us.

• Billing information when making purchases.

• Course activity data (e.g., module completion status) to improve our content and issue CPD certificates.

• Technical and usage data, including cookies (only with consent for non-essential cookies).

How We Use Your Data:

• To provide access to courses and services you have purchased.

• To issue CPD certificates.

• To improve user experience and customer service.

• To comply with legal obligations (including financial and tax requirements).

Third-Party Services:
We use trusted providers including Stripe, Google Analytics, Meta advertising tools, Microsoft Ads and course delivery platforms. These third parties act as data processors or independent controllers and comply with applicable data protection regulations.

Your Rights:

Data retention periods:
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

• Tax & invoicing data: 6 years (as required by Spanish law)

• Course records: duration of access + 2 years

• Marketing data: until you withdraw consent

• Analytics data: retained according to each provider’s policies
